Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies under Brand Executives supervision and supporting the company’s marketing goals. This includes creating and managing social media content, engaging with audiences, and measuring results with other related departments and functions
Requirements
- High school/vocational high school graduates or final semester students in any related field
- Good understanding of social media tools
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to placed in Malang (Onsite)
- Active, friendly, and used to being on camera
Responsibilities
- Researching social media content competitors, content pillar/brand strategy, and viral content that relevant to segment
- Responsible for preparing briefs, copy write, hashtag, design making, taking video etc.
- Tracking and analyze performance metrics content
- measurement interpretation and reporting evaluation and recommendation Ad Hoc
- Doing customer research for other department such as product development
- Join and support event activation
- Reply any messages, comments and DMs all over social media platform
- Doing live streaming in several social media platform
- Uploading content such as story/feed/thread/reel
- Collaborating with other departments on marketing initiatives
